- The price given above is the registration charge for one full paper (including taxes and transaction charges)
- For authors from countries with HDI < 0.7 (Countries like India, Srilanka, Nepal etc.), a discount of 65% is applicable on the rate mentioned in the table above. For ex: IEEE and PELS Member Early bird rate would be US$ 215 (INR 18,300), so on and so forth for other categories as well. Please click here for further detail.
- Every second paper requires half of the full paper registration.
- This implies every third paper will require a full and a fourth paper will require a half full member registration.
- Student Registration does not count for paper registration
